Please be informed that St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic in Ermita, Manila and BGC, Taguig will be CLOSED on THE FOLLOWING DATES:

• DECEMBER 30 ( RIZAL DAY)
• DECEMBER 31 (NEW YEAR’S EVE)
• JANUARY 1 (NEW YEAR’S DAY)
   

US Visa applicants are encouraged to register online to facilitate their medical examinations.

Walk-ins will only be allowed for US visa applicants with interviews within 7 calendar days.

Walk-in applicants may only be accommodated from 1:30 PM.

An important update to our registration process. Effective July 25, 2024, we will be transitioning from direct registration to an account creation system.
This change is designed to enhance your experience by providing a more secure, personalized, 
and streamlined process for accessing our services.

What This Means for You:

• Existing Users: If you are currently registered, you will be prompted to create an account the next time you log in. Your existing information will be seamlessly transferred to your new account as long as you used the same email.
• New Users: New users will now need to create an account to register for our services. This process is quick and straightforward, ensuring you can start enjoying our services without delay.

The fees charged by St. Luke's Medical Center Extension Clinic (SLEC) medical examinations related to American immigrant visa applications will change effective August 19, 2024:

     Adults (15 years old and older) - P28,650.00

     Children (14 years old and below) - P13,910.00

This increase is based on new requirements for mandatory IGRA testing for all visa applicants 2 years of age and older and GeneXpert testing as necessary, as required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The medical examination fee must be paid in Philippine pesos.
